Overview:

The major challenge of Executive Secretaries is keeping the organization and the boss organised, on time, and on track. During this training seminar, participants will learn how to run a steer the office and stay in control, no matter how hectic the day gets. Executive Personal Assistants need to discover how to build personal credibility, use techniques for better listening, deal with difficult people, and handle negative situations. ATI training programme offers skills practice exercises that are interactive, allowing delegates to practice what they have learned in an interesting high-energy environment. All managers want their secretaries or personal assistants to be 'exceptional' since those who are, contributes significantly to their success.

Today's secretary or personal assistant must be extremely competent and totally reliable, capable of taking on wider range of tasks than those of a purely secretarial nature. Problem solving, making decisions, writing reports and making presentations are now amongst the skills needed by secretaries and PA's at work.
