ATI Effective Tendering, Procurement and Logistics Management (ETPL 01) Training workshop is developed to equip participants understand the various aspects of the Tender process, and bidding management including the framework for advanced purchasing and logistics techniques, and effective store keeping methodologies
This programme seeks to provide and develop delegates in the implementation of effective logistics Management as a component of supply chain management. Delegates will learn how to meet customer demands through effective planning, control, and implementation of the movement of goods. Transportation of goods can be made via air, sea, or road freight and even pipelines.
Participants will learn tendering strategies and begin to appreciate that good warehouse and logistics management are vital to a business success as it ensures the timely delivery of the organization’s requirement for fulfilment of its products or services in an economical, safe, efficient, and timely manner.
