In this programme ATI focuses on the full housing lifecycle management frameworks, covering lease administration, housing inventory management, occupancy verification, asset inspections, and compliance with government financial and property management regulations. Participants will gain advanced knowledge of lease lifecycle tracking, rental escalation calculations, occupancy audits, structural inspection protocols, and housing data management systems, enabling them to manage public housing portfolios efficiently and transparently.
Through practical exercises, case studies, and applied methodologies, the course also strengthens participants’ ability to produce high-quality operational reports, maintain accurate housing registers, prevent allocation conflicts, and coordinate effectively with finance departments, regional housing offices, and executive leadership.
