Overview
Quality Assurance in the Oil and Gas Industry program has been designed for participants to understand the development and implement of QA strategies to ensure that operations are safe and are of high quality. Also of importance is that the final product be of the desired outcome. This training workshop will include designing quality plans, conducting process audits and managing supplier quality management in the oil and gas industry.
This training workshop is conducted on the understanding that the quality assurance function is a crucial process within organizations as it ensures regular review of the existing control effectiveness, risk identification and mitigation. Oil and gas organizations that have embraced this function without any bias have been successful in enforcing compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, governance and effective structures.
ATI Training aims to impart participants with skills and knowledge on the essential principles of QA, industry-specific standards, quality control processes, and techniques for preventing and resolving quality-related issues in operations.
