Overview: 

Artificial Intelligence (Al) in Project Management program is designed to provide our delegates with in-sights and understanding in the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management as an agent for efficiency, productivity and in real-time decision making. 

This training workshop has been developed to specifically assist our delegates with an understanding of the usage of AI Applications in Project Management through predictive analytics, resource allocation and utilization, risk management, schedule optimisation, budgeting and cost management, team collaboration and quality control.

We at ATI take pride in our seasoned and experienced facilitators who have consistently delivered excellent training sessions. This workshop focuses some of the AI tools in project management such as Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and Wrike that is used to provide predictive analytics and resource allocation recommendations. This training workshop will also deep dive into some of the challenges and limitations of AI in project management
