DATA PROTECTION AND DATA ANALYSIS IN SOCIAL PROTECTION

ATI Data Protection and Data Analysis in Social Protection training workshop is designed to equip our esteemed delegates with strong knowledge in data analysis especially in Social Protection areas. While secure storage media will protect data when it is not being analysed, it is also important to follow practices that keep data secure while it is being analysed. Secure storage is important, but it is only one aspect of a larger set of behaviours and habits that are important when handling data analysis that must be kept confidential.
This training programme seeks to provide and develop delegates with knowledge and information on the procedure setting out the required process, for receiving, storage and disposing of sensitive records and information. This training emphasises on the need to follow procedures when performing data analysis in a social protection environment
In this training workshop ATI participants will be exposed to either Microsoft Power BI, Strata, or the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) which is one of the most user-friendly statistical software for providing visualization and data analytical tools. Participants will review several statistical techniques, gain an understanding of when and why to use these various techniques as well as how to apply them with confidence, interpret their output, and graphically display the results.
The course is designed for audience comprising of Database administrators, Data Analyst of a social registry information system, in social protection
