Dr Madhovi holds various degrees among them a PhD in Business Adminstration from Tshwane University of Technology (TuT), South Africa, Masters in Business Administration from University of South Africa (UNISA), BBA Marketing Management from  the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM), South Africa, an honours degree in Hospitality and tourism from Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Marketing management from the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM), South Africa. He also holds NDPs in Project Management, Management Accounting, Organisational Behavior, Research Methodology and Strategic Management.

Dr Madhovi is an Entrepreneur in various sectors. He is also involved in other busineses in sectors such as Agriculture, Hospitality and Property investments. Dr Madhovi is also a registered Principal Business Advisor, registered by the Institute of Business advisors(IBASA), Southern Africa.
